This project for a client based in Smeaton Grange, in Sydney's South West, involved the design and fabrication of a custom truck tarp assembly system. The work required tight tolerances across multiple components to achieve a reliable mechanical fit for a working transport vehicle.

Hygrade Laser Profiling handled the full scope in-house, using laser cutting and laser tube processing for the structural frame elements, followed by bending and folding to form the finished assembly.
