WHAT WE DO
Laser Cutting Shellharbour
Quality laser cutting for stainless steel, mild steel, copper, brass, and aluminium, manufactured in our NSW workshop and delivered directly to Shellharbour. We do not cut plastic or timber.
Laser TUBE PROCESSING
Our tube laser takes raw stock and returns finished, assembly-ready parts. Cleaner cuts and faster production than manual tube cutting, with delivery to the Illawarra coast.
Bending & Folding
CNC hydraulic press brakes produce repeatable, accurate bends across the full range of shapes and angles your project calls for.
CNC Machining
Tapping, milling, and countersinking are all handled in-house. We take your fabricated parts to their final machined state without the need for a secondary supplier.
ROLLING
Ring rolling, roll forming, profile rolling, and controlled rolling. Whatever the curve, profile, or cylinder your project needs, we produce it to specification.
WELDING
TIG and MIG welding for all metals. Structural, mechanical, and ornamental applications are all within scope, handled by experienced tradespeople.
Fixings & Fasteners

Hygrade Laser Profiling has been producing quality fabricated metalwork from our NSW workshop since 1989. We use Australian-made TRU-SPEC® Laser Plate from BlueScope Steel and maintain advanced laser cutting machinery. Our materials cover stainless steel, mild steel, copper, brass, and aluminium. We do not cut timber or plastic. Shellharbour businesses receive the same standard of work and service as any client closer to our workshop, with direct delivery included.
