Laser Cut Brass with High Quality TruLaser 5030 Fiber – New at Hygrade
New to Hygrade Laser Profiling is a machine that can laser cut brass, boasting high quality machining and optimum energy efficiency. Recently purchasing the TruLaser 5030 Fiber (L68) with Liftmaster, we are able to automate their business and reap the benefits.
Fiber laser technology is the most economical solution for highly productive processing. Attached to the Liftmaster, this machine enables cutting of a number of different materials with precision and accuracy.
Key features of the 5030 Fiber:
- High productivity and part quality.
- Universally applicable with the BrightLine Fiber option.
- Minimal non-productive time.
- Economical.
- Cuts a wide variety of materials.
- The new addition to Hygrade Laser Profiling will allow the team to be more versatile with the products created, without any limitations on the materials used.
Earlier this year, the TruLaser 5030 Fiber along with three other machines from the TRUMPF Series 5000 won the prestigious iF Design Award for 2015. The award recognised the TruLaser 5030 Fiber, TruPunch 5000, TruLaser Tube 5000 and the TruBend 5130.
Design manager at TRUMPF Dina Gallo, said TRUMPF’s “superior functionality” and “long lasting, highly reliable machine quality” is what convinced the judging panel.
